$70 - $100 A toner is booked to neutralize or enhance tones in your hair. It is mostly booked monthly for clients who has highlights or balayage in their hair to maintain the freshly coloured look. It can also be used to go darker if you want something semi permanent that will wash out over time or a toner can also be used for grey blending.
